Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and plants, we have a limited return policy:

Fresh flowers and arrangements: No returns accepted due to their perishable nature and short lifespan.

Non-perishable items (plushies etc.): 30-day return window in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging.

To request a return: Contact us at roseandthornflorist@gmail.com with photos and order details. Approved returns require our return shipping label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot offer exchanges on floral arrangements or fresh cut flowers.

For non-perishable items only: (vases, planters, tools): The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item following our return policy, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For damaged or incorrect orders: If your fresh flowers or plants arrive damaged or are not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at roseandthornflorist@gmail.com with photos. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or store credit within 24 hours of delivery."


Refunds

"We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For damaged fresh flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us immediately at roseandthornflorist@gmail.com with photos. We'll process refunds or store credit within 2 business days.

Note: Fresh flowers and arrangements cannot be returned due to their perishable nature, except in cases of damage during shipping or if the wrong items were delivered.
